Services Description

Justo Professional Cleaning Service LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Placerville, CA and the greater Sacramento area. Our services include house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, office cleaning, window cleaning, organic cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing, gym cleaning, and landscaping services. Service availability, pricing, and scope may vary based on location, property size, and specific requirements.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any fees.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs significantly from the original estimate. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

Access and Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. Please secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and anything of sentimental value before our team arrives. While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for items left in the cleaning area that are not brought to our attention beforehand.

Liability

Justo Professional Cleaning Service LLC is fully licensed (#078458) and insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage during a cleaning session, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the value of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by defective surfaces or materials.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
